Unsolicited Advice for A New Feature : The Multi Chat

You know this moment when you find yourself constantly juggling multiple conversations on WhatsApp. Trying to respond to messages quickly becomes frustrating when new messages keep popping up, forcing you to switch between chats repeatedly. This constant back-and-forth wastes time and makes it difficult to keep track of all your conversations.
To address this, I designed the Multi-Chat feature for WhatsApp. This feature allows users to handle multiple individual conversations simultaneously in a single interface, making it easier and more efficient to manage multiple chats without the constant need to switch back and forth.

The final solution simplifies chat management and keeps communication efficient and organized. With more time, I’d explore ways to improve notifications in Multi-Chat, testing solutions to ensure new messages are easy to see. Further user testing would help refine and enhance the overall experience.
